I looked it up, found that lovely Iioka Kanako apparently debuted as one of many idols in DANDY-308 “Are You Being Ya Senzuri Was Confronted With The Skill To Nurse?” VOL.6 released 2012-11-22 (Or so says the JAVLibrary)
So she was about two and 1/2 years into her 8+ year career (to date) when she filmed this gem.

Tried to figure out how the site got 9 out of 10 titles wrong for the 10 HibinoUser Submissions I’d requested, all on the NTR label.
I think the errors came from someone using the titles (and perhaps the male cast) from the different series of movies, the 348NTRAmateur series of movies that all say NTR.net on their covers.
So, for instance, instead of titling this as its cover reads, it was titled pretty much as the longer-titled movie had been of the 348NTR Amateur movie with a similar number.
Was a bit challenged for this one. The site SUPJAV, that often posts the most from this series, did not have the movie 348NTR-015.
So I googled it. Found:
348NTR-015 It’s erokyaba GET! ! ! Miraculous talent with good face, good body, good and Also found 348NTR-015 It’s Miss Erotica GET!
Not sure how the site got the translated title it posted. (I never found a full title post on any other site.) But it wasn’t by reading and translating the cover of this movie. Perhaps some read and translated the title of 348NTR-015 instead of reading the cover of this movie?
