im guessing “slug wife” is them mistranslating “slut wife”, sort of similar to how many titles here refer to “harlem” when they clearly mean “harem”. It was so common, that it was asked about it in the site “Terms Glossary” and Dazedman was nice enough to point out the confusion.

The Glossary had comments following a comment “List is good and informative but I think more use would be explaining various tags that appear with the videos because some of them don’t make much sense translated to English.”
Was reading a bit there after your comment, and found something by a Japanese speaker, refining the comment: ““Squid” is a machine mistranslation of “horny”. It read:
This is not 100% incorrect. “Squid” is a “mistranslation” of the word イカす (a verb variant of the word 逝く which means ‘to go’ or ‘to have an orgasm’).
If you don’t speak Japanese I don’t expect you to understand this but イカ (or 烏賊) means squid and イカされる means someone makes you have an orgasm.
Not speaking Japanese I don’t expect to understand slug versus slut, or namesake. or licking. But I’d love to find out from someone who is fluent in both languages. Perhaps complete with explanations of the etymology 🙂
