I thought Hirose Riona was retired but I am happy she’s still around putting her anus to good use for our enjoyment. Consider FAP as a sign of respect.
I looked at the movie’s start more closely. The first shot of her face, 20 seconds into the movie, is a Clear picture of her nose looking Very strange.
I’d previously looked at the shot 1:02 into the movie when I wrote the comment below (from 9 3 2023, 12:28 a.m.) about lines in her nose (that I’d seen on the right side (her right) of her face. But the close up at 20 seconds of this movie is the left side (her left) of her nose. And shows a totally different problem.
It’s not until 1:02 of this movie you can see the line into the right side of her nose that I was thinking about the first time I typed. You can see it again at 7:37.
I don’t know the particular of things that can go wrong after a nose injury is repaired, or after a plastic surgery has complications. But I don’t think Sinestro67 was wrong at all to comment about it.
The odd look of her nose, it’s probably a very serious matter for Hirose Riona. She looks like she living with something that is going to draw stressful attention to her every day of her life if it can’t be corrected. And the fact that she’s performing on film as a career makes me think it can’t be corrected. . .
Anyway, can’t agree with the . . . um . . rhetorical question you posed to Sinestro67. There’s nothing wrong with looking at a woman’s face.
And it looks like something Really altered her nose from the normal range, and left it with all kinds of irritations. . . I wouldn’t know eczema from scar tissue from warts from Rosacea from papules or pustules from any other kind of dermatitis.
But I wonder. Never thought about her nose before. Perhaps because I’d only noticed her very big, widely spaced eyes. (As in Jeepers, creepers, where’d you get those peepers. . .)
Suppose both could be from plastic surgery. . . Don’t know her history before she was a “celebrity” making her AV debut. . .
The lighting did catch her nose in a fairly bad way pretty early in this movie.
But I think in good light, she’s still a beauty. Whether she was born looking that way or not. . .

Did you notice the growing similarities between Asuka Kirara and Mikami Yua, Morinichi Hinako and Arata Arina, or Hachimitsu Rin, Satomi Yuria, and Hirose Riona? It’s all the more noticeable if you compare their looks earlier in their careers to their current ones.

I am telling you that Hirose Riona‘s features show clear signs of plastic surgery that are not too different from those in actresses known to have had some work done — they all tend to have a distinctive post-surgery look. Riona had already undergone surgery by the time she debuted at a somewhat late age for SOD. Can’t you see the obvious similarities with Satomi Yuria, who 100% had work done? (confirmed by her, and evident if you see pics of her previous identity as Koizumi Aya).
If you need further graphical evidence, google for 広瀬りおな 整形 and examine the pics from the page in the 芸能人の裏ニュース dot com domain. And you can also Google translate it and see how it is concluded that it is exceedingly likely she had surgery.
By the way, I like her. I don’t mind the surgery at all. It just blows my mind some people can’t see Hirose Riona, Yuzuriha Karen or Hachimitsu Rin have had work done. Sometimes it just is that obvious.
