And the non-Japanese who like the movie? What kind of non-nationality-influenced “label” do “we” get?

Is it worse to like this movie than to like [VANDR-002] Please Try to Imagine It- You’re A Teacher. Suddenly You’re Trapped In An Elevator With 10 Innocent Students… The 10 Taboos You Wanted To Commit In Your Life Time

Of course there are other Elevator movies . Like the series

Two people alone due to elevator failure…

Do you find that series exciting?

Arguably [JUL-176] Locked In An Elevator With Nothing To Do But Fuck One Morning, While Taking Out The Trash, I Ran Into That Married Woman Again… Hinano Rikuhatahas a more acceptable plot. And it may be the best locked in the elevator on the way with the trash movie.

But it doesn’t feature the change of idols and fashion parade that this movie featured.

How to pick a “best” locked in an elevator movie. There’s so many things to consider. . .

Hey Mike, it’s called RAPE! Ask your daughter, wife, sister, mother how they like it. Fucked up shit for sure.

Funny, the site posted 2 of the three replies I wrote to your comments. The site has apparently omitted the comment I’d posted that mentioned the rape issue. It was the second of the three, so I bet it’s permanently not approved. And I didn’t keep track of what I wrote, so the content’s gone from everywhere but my memory. It said something about the best of the four skits was the third with the idol wearing the wedding band, because that was the least rapey.

And -My mother’s deceased. No wife (anymore). So I’d be limited to asking sisters, daughter. . . But I won’t. I think for myself.

So – before I go on.

Who are you?

Because before I type a reply that’s on point, I’d like to know whether you are the same person who steals my name about 40 times a day to post troll comments, and who also switches names to post looking like different users. (Helps me decide if you’re really trying to make a point)

NEVER have used any tag but this. I think for myself as well. These scenes depict rape, plain and simple.

Never saw the user name Rubrockit before. So in a way its easy to believe you never used a different User name. Was this the first comment stream the only time you commented here on the site?

Did enjoy the joke in the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy “We’ll be saying a big hello to all intelligent lifeforms everywhere and to everyone else out there, the secret is to bang the rocks together, guys.”

On the substance, I don’t agree. At least, not all that much.

[SAME-064] Gang-Re Plan: Job Hunting Student Edition: Moeka Marui depicts rape, plain and simple. This, not as simply, not so plainly.

This has a fabulous cast. All four idols gorgeous.

It was interesting. The skit that was most like seduction, least like rape, was the third skit, featuring the married woman sporting the wedding band.

But all four lovely idols wore their very casual at home clothes wonderfully. 🙂

(Think I liked Hamasaki Mao‘s tiny light purple shorts the best. But that’s like saying I prefer great to fabulous or amazing or . . .)

Love the old elevator door problem. . .

Is there no rape tag? Hate this shit.

I watched it again (second time) today because Rubrockit had mentioned “rape” in a reply ( to my reply) above. I’m not sure there’s any rape in the film at all, so I don’t fault the NUMEROUS sites that didn’t tag it with a Rape tag. For instance,

JAVLand’s Tags were: Digital Mosaic Sweaty Deepthroat Creampie Big Tits High Vision

JAVTrailers’ tags were: Big Tits Creampie Deep Throat Sweating Digital Mosaic Hi-Def

JAVLibrary’s tags were: Creampie Big Tits Deep Throating Digital Mosaic Sweat

Living in California, where the definition of “rape” was changed in 2016 to include fingers touching the victim, not just penetration of the vagina by a penis, due in chief to public outrage over what was not charged as rape, but only as sexual assault and attempted rape, on the Stanford Campus near a trash can (See People v Turner Wikip. . . article) I instantly wondered where you live. to suggest the film needed a Rape tag.

And wondered whether the trash bags in every scene influenced your belief that there may have been at least one filmed depiction of rape in this movie. (The last scene, more than any other, if you asked me which scene was closest to rape.)

Short main point. The definition of “rape” in Japan in 2020 when this movie was made was VERY different from the definition of rape in California where I live, and perhaps the definition of rape where you live.

But Japan’s rape law was just updated in June, 2023, so the definition is a major talking point.

I also don’t fault the site for not using the word “Rape” in the translation of the title. The site used:

“Late Night Elevator Encounter with Busty Woman in Unprotected Garbage Disposal Clothes”
JAVLand and JAVLibrary translated the title as:

Midnight Mansion Elevator Too Defenseless Garbage Disposal No Bra Alone With A Big Sister In A Room Wear! The Elevator Stops Urgently In The Awkward Air! On The Verge Of An Outburst On The Nipple Poti Emphasized By Sweat!

 JavTrailers translated the title as:

I Got Caught In An Elevator With A Busty Braless Babe! She Was Taking The Trash Out Late At Night And It Was Just The Two Of Us, When It Broke Down And We Were Stuck There! I Could See The Nipples Of Her Big Tits Through Her Shirt The Whole Time And I Was Ready To Bust A Nut!

No mention of “Rape” either. And as I believe there was no rape in the movie, I’m fine with those title translations.

When I looked up what “rape” is in Japan, one thing I found (of the definition before June of 2023’s new law) read:

Under Japanese law, the absence of consent is not sufficient grounds for rape. Some form of physical assault, intimidation, or inability to refuse is strictly required. This puts the burden of proof on the victim not only to prove that the assault took place, but also that they resisted forcefully. This situation could be exceedingly dangerous, or impossible to do for the victim.

Found a longer article in ‘The Pupil – Annual 2022’ called: Japan’s Rape Laws: Fundamentally Flawed – by Daisy Whymark. It read:

The state of Japan’s rape laws is derisory. It fails to protect victims, and reflects deeply-entrenched societal values regarding female subordination. Although updated in 2017, the law remains outdated. . .

The most striking element of Japanese rape law is that consent does not feature. In contrast to the UK’s Sexual Offences Act 2003, where consent forms the backbone for not only rape but also other sexual offences, it is a concept alien to Japanese rape law. . . . instead, following the 1907 law which is still in effect today, the prosecution must prove that violence or intimidation was used, which left the victim “incapable of resisting”.

Such a conception of rape limits the autonomy of victims, as they are not required to say yes, but must be proven to have said no in the most extreme of terms. This reflects a traditional 20th century attitude that it is a woman’s duty to protect and even fight for her chastity,

So, looking for a victim “incapable of resisting”, I became interested by the original title in Japanese, even before watching the movie again. The title includes a column that reads:

無防備 Mubōbi defenseless
すぎる sugiru too much
ゴミ捨て gomisute trash
ノーブラ gomisute no bra
部屋着 heya-gi loungewear
の no of

Or at least that’s what Google Translate gave me when I tried to focus on the key phrase

As to the full title, Google translate gave me this:

Late Night Condominium Elevator Too Unprotected Throwing Out Garbage, Alone With A Busty Older Sister In A No Bra Loungewear! The elevator suddenly stops in an awkward atmosphere! It’s on the verge of an outburst at the nipple pochi emphasized by sweat!

But I don’t know what “defenseless” or “too unprotected” might mean as to whether there’s a rape. It may just mean the girl was unaccompanied by any boyfriend when she went into the elevator.

Anyway, watching the movie, there’s no injurious physical violence by the men, and no physically maximum resistance by the woman, especially not at the time of penile penetration of the vagina.

In the First Skit, Okawa Haru / An Sasakura looks like she’s responding fairly sexually at 18:14, just before the penetration starts at 18:44. No resisting forcibly by her, arguably no violence by him – not a rape there, or later, say at 23:56 when she’s covering her mouth, I believe to keep her pleasure quiet.

In the Second Skit, Hamasaki Mao grabs the guy’s penis in the grip of her pleasure at 46:44 and orgasms/looses her continence many times before the penetration starts at 54:50 – with no physical resistance by her. And she’s sitting on top of him by 56:09. Not a rape there either, as I see it with my beginner knowledge of what “Rape” was in Japan until this past month.

In the Third Skit, Mihara Honoka may be drunk. Not sure whether that may make a rape possible on the ground of her intoxication. But she doesn’t resist, and spends a lot of time on top, looking like she’s swept away by it all, like at 1:25:35

In the Fourth / last skit, it’s Takarada Arisa / Mizuki Hayakawa / Hazuki Wakamiya who I thought was treated most offensively / illegally if you will, when the guy took out his penis, masturbating as he walked towards her at 1:39:20. Wish I knew what they were saying there. But unless the conversation made it all with the scope of hot teasing and foreplay, I’d call that “bad.” But it’s not a penis violently penetrating a vagina. Its not rape. And he’s rough with her after that, rougher than any of the other skits. But she orgasms/looses continence many times, and by 1:51:57 she’s bouncing on top of him joyously. Even this roughest skit probably didn’t have a rape.

Until? At the end, a different man enters the elevator and starts. . . Perhaps that would be even more of a rape than the long part of that 4th skit. . . ?

But generally, I saw the movie as a ladies loungewear fashion movie, teasing how alluring women can be. I didn’t see it as trying to appeal to anyone who focuses on rape, or for some “strange” reason, wants to see a real rape. I saw it as girls daring to go out unprotected in their most alluring skimpy bedroom clothes, almost inviting any man who sees them to go wild with desire.

But that might be related to “consent.” Which I read just wasn’t a part of Japanese Rape law. Until this month, when the new law was enacted.

Admin / site staff (Don’t know who/how many are involved in approving and posting comments)

Thanks for posting so many (meaning all) of the large number of replies I wrote on the subject of the absence of a Rape tag for this movie. It was a lot of writing, on a touchy subject. I appreciate seeing so much of it actually posted, “first try” if you will.

Now to see whether anyone joins the discussion threads. . .

Current topic – but it wasn’t a new release movie. . . Wonder how many eyes of those who might participate in a discussion the comment will catch. . .

Questions – for people who can read or translate written Japanese from the signs in this movie, in the first skit

What does Sign at 00:56 say?

What does sign on floor at 31:15 say?
