I usually grab fembed or rapidvideo’s 720p for archival (good compromise between convenience, size and quality), so having to download the full 1080p is less than ideal, but I understand uploading the different parts separately can be a lot of work. To be honest, I’m quite impressed already by the number of streaming options you give.

Yeah, 720 is a good size/quality compromise. 360/480 are almost the same. The size difference can go like this (for example) =
360 = 829 mb
480 (SD) = 1.15 gb
720 (HD) = 2.36 gb
1080 (FHD) = 3.97 gb
The problem is that a local HDDs get full very fast…
