Or more fully, and broken up like the different columns on the cover – Google Translate gave me:

です…。Desu…. is

Definitely a hard to translate title. Whether she “lived off her pillow” or was “pillow eating” or “with a pillow was eating” – it’s not a phrase English speakers know. And googling 枕で 飯食ってた and Makura de Meshi kutteta – Got nothing. . .

Got nothing for 献上系 アイドル or Kenjō-kei Aidoru either. . .
