I’ve posted comments addressing the unheralded retirement of lovely Muto Ayaka 武藤あやか. the syphilis epidemic in Tokyo, including, I presume, among JAV performers (like with the AV actors who gave it to her) and whether Komonato Yotsuha has also opted for or been forced into an unheralded, involuntary retirement, I tried only in relevant places,

I tried to post it only in SOD movies and Muto Ayaka’s last movies and last-posted movies.

I have changed my mind. This is very serious subject that deserves being discussed everywhere. As somebody who struggled (struggles) with syphilis, I am personally affected. I took a premarital bloodtest before getting the marriage license and have been on and off on penicillin ever since.

I hardly know whether discussing syphilis exploding among the performers we watch is a good idea. Or its treatment details. Or the problems if it goes untreated. But I cannot in good conscience stop posting about it.

Saika Kawakita has long been considered one of the “goddesses” of the Japanese AV industry. She maintained a top position for a long time, even during Yua Mikami’s peak, and she never seemed to fall behind.

However, recently, Saika appears to be focusing more on her YouTube activities, such as vlogging about travel, food, and singing. As a result, she may be paying less attention to self-care, and her appearance has somewhat changed compared to before.

Perhaps if Saika could better balance her content creation work with maintaining her image—like Mio Ishikawa—she would be able to maintain her top position in the industry.

Hopefully, in the near future, Saika will return to her best form and continue to shine as her fans have always expected.

Trying to read this succession of brain drool ‘comments’ only results in a sense of disgust (if a guy is sane) and a splitting headache.
