I’ve posted comments addressing the unheralded retirement of lovely Muto Ayaka 武藤あやか. the syphilis epidemic in Tokyo, including, I presume, among JAV performers (like with the AV actors who gave it to her) and whether Komonato Yotsuha has also opted for or been forced into an unheralded, involuntary retirement, I tried only in relevant places,

But on re-reading the source material, the actual news announcements, I realized that Muto Ayaka 武藤あやか posted about her confusion over being told she was persistently getting false positive results.

(I suspect that means RPR tests, which detect non-specific antibodies produced by tissue damage. RPRs are not 100% specific to syphilis.

Things like lupus, HIV, malaria, and some pneumonias can cause false-positive results.)

If lupus or malaria or a pneumonia etc explained the false positives Muto Ayaka 武藤あやか reported, then sex and/or syphilis may have nothing to do with why was being told her test results were persistent false positives.

Attackers, Muto Ayaka 武藤あやか’s last studio, has released, and will release, NO AVS at all for March 2026. (One Panty Festival entry being the exception.)

Are screenings/testings and treatments the reason for the one month gap with no releases? Coming about four months after whatever led to Muto Ayaka 武藤あやか’s announcement on November 18, 2025 about “recurring false positive” syphilis testing results that she described in a post to the world.

I think Attackers did some massive screening/testing, then performer treatment in response Muto Ayaka 武藤あやか November 18 2025 post about her cancelling her scheduled AV shoots, and making the December 2025 STD awareness video she took part in. And I’s speculate that that left Attackers with nothing to post in March

And that unlike Muto Ayaka 武藤あやか who took part in a big public service video to increase STD awareness and stop STDs

I’d bet Attackers will Never make any public announcement on the subject

I didn’t like this one, frankly. Was bored by it.

(Replying again to my own comment for continuity) I will reiterate. It’s amazing to see Kominato Yotsuha Rikako Inoue growing up. She is SO sexual in this, it stunning. And yet, has all the poise, all the feel of a tip top shape, well practiced, totally aware performer. I assume it’s “us two” – but can never know.

At least one troll – perhaps more, has been “name-stealing” to troll with the names of regular commenters to the site since 12 21 2021.

The troll began to Really focus on “stealing” my name, and trolling in movies that include Kominato Yotsuha movies, including more than 20 name steals for Mother’s Day, 2023. So this Mother’s Day marks over three years of the troll “stealing” my name. But more than four and a half years of name stealing including the troll’s prior year and a half of stealing other commenters’ names.

The comment the troll “stole” using the name “Mi¬ke” that one only sees pasting it into a word document, is a cut and past of a comment I’d typed up in the past. Or, actually, a few of them.

And if there was nothing wrong with “identity theft” I wouldn’t mind the troll pointing out the wonderful videos that are out there.

But the troll typed up rumors of her having chlamydia and me having syphilis as its opening salvo. And then just kept name-stealing.

The site had deleted my roughly July 26, 2023 original comment about that. (Admin may understand why. I never did.) Anyway, I retyped it with a different link, and the site re-posted it, but that other link is now also “dead.”
