The early 2010s would be a good guess, being the height of the Tsukamoto golden era. The presence of actors not seen much these days (Tatsuro Hibino, Yuu Kawakami for example) combined with their looks…plus the relative youth of other actors still active (Toru Ozawa, Chisato Shouda, Fumitaka Yoshimura) all combine to point to that. The quality of the photography puts this in the later edge of the range, 2014 perhaps. The early films were SDish. Strangely, the quirky unemotional strip tease does not occur at the end (like they do in the FAX releases). But the usual Tsukamoto tropes are there – woman ironing clothes, people washing their privates in anticipation of a sexual encounter etc.
