Do they “officially” use a real laundromat? An “on the books” rental of the location

Do they “unofficially” use a real laundromat – say, with a little something for a manager to close early, stay open late etc . . .

If one were to study all the laundromat scenes filmed in Japan, would one find this place used in Lots of movies?

Yes, a real laundromat built on a set, with a little something to keep it closed to the public. On the books, it says, “coin slot encounters”. Yes, I wasted my life for music.
