One interpretation is – The wife wasn’t interested in having sex with her husband but she was indeed horny. He found a guy to forcefully have sex with her for a couple of times and then staged his discovery of her cheating.

There are a couple of sites English subbed, I didn’t watch so I’m not sure if I’m accurate with my interpretation. Regardless, I rate this movie 4/5.
