“The Fist of the Orgasm Demon” causes quite the dramatic effect.
I’d totally watch a series set on a post-apocalyptic Earth after a nuclear war where our main character uses the devastating fisting technique he acquired as the successor of a secret martial art.
Word-wise, I fear with matrial arts emphaized, that that would be getting closer to “Fisticuffs of the Orgasm Demon” . . .

I never comment here, but I think this is warranted.
I really enjoy fisting videos, so was attracted to this one
Except… there is no fisting. There are clever camera cuts whenever the fist is supposed to actually go inside the girl, they zoom on her face, she squirms and then they cut back to the action with the “fist” already inside her, and when the actor goes to remove the fist, same thing happens. If it was only on one scene, it would be fine, a style choice to show her reaction to the stretching, but it happens in all the scenes, so therefore they’re using an “arm model” to pretend she’s being fisted.
If you’re a fisting fan like me, this will be disappinting.
Fisting is so odd for me. Lady friends asked me to, but my fist was too big. I was convinced ladies could only fist with ladies. (They have such tiny hands)
But then, a baby’s head is bigger than a fist. . . Perhaps I never really applied myself to fisting with the ladies who wanted that. . .
