Had a freak accident with the bird on her head on the cover. Traumatized she tried to recover but alas never did. The bird went on to become a bitcoin millionare just shows you how unfair life is

Nope. Not this idol. This features もりの小鳥 who debuted in this 2016 movie.

The idol with the same name (when Romanized), who was in the news back around February 26, 2015 for being arrested in Osaka Prefectural regarding that kind of thing (that had occurred two years prior ) was Manami Gokuma, (then 27). She was arrested for things that happened on August 20, 2013.  
Gokuma was/is a veteran of about 330 AV films under the acting names “Kotori Morino” and “Riho Sawada.”

The arrested idol spelled her “Kotori Morino name 森野琴梨. She debuted 2006-08-01 in WF-152.

Four movies by the arrested idol are on the Morino Kotori link presently, but there are more movies on the link featuring this もりの小鳥.

The title is

もりの小鳥 AV Debut

Morino Kotori AV Debut

But もりの小鳥 Mori no kotori translates to roughly Small Bird of the Forest

もり Mori Forest

の No Of

小 Ko Small

鳥  Tori Bird

However – もり Mori can also mean babysitting; babysitter, protecting; keeping; keeper, shrine grove,  serving (of food); helping, chilled soba served on a dish (often on a wicker basket or in a shallow steaming basket) with dipping sauce, lance; harpoon, leak; leakage (of rain)

As far as what happened to her? What are you asking? In the movie? (guess) Or in life since 2016? Or. . .

But – I believe the other comment about prison was about a different idol, who also performed as Morino Kotori

And – it looks like she kept making AVs into 2018. . .
