The first (and I’d say best, classic) movie in this series was released 2016-07-25

And there’s been some continuity of the cast of the series. I believe three actors from this movie were in the original.

The most obvious of them was featured in an screen credit in the original. That’s 安 大吉 Yasuda Daikichi (Credited at 0:00:33 of the original) He’s short, heavy, wears glasses here, gets the last go at our leading lady in this)

But I believe two of the actors credited on-screen in this new movie had uncredited roles (having sex with wonderful Narimiya Iroha) in the original

And they would be

渥美清太郎 Atsumi Seitaro (but the site had always tagged this actor with the name 板垣 Itagaki ) https://jav.guru/actor/ /板垣/ – (unmistakable because of the mole on his
upper lip)

and

速水 純 Hayami Jun . If I’m right, he had Very large, long sideburns, and longer hair (being younger) in the original

Believe they were the three men who licked Narimiya Iroha in a patio chair as the original ended.

On the plot here, found this

Amidst a frigid marriage, Daikichi discovers his wife Sayaka’s affair with a golf instructor.

Under the guise of revenge, he takes the pair of them to the “Cuckold’s Mansionm where orgies are rampant.

Daikichi is unable to suppress his arousal at the sight of his wife engaging in lewd behavior, as the couple descends into illicit pleasure.

This was the first movie in this series where the wife had been caught cheating before the trip to the cuckold mansion, and for whom the trip to the mansion was the husband’s remarkable response to her independent prior cheating.

Nagae varies the situation frequently in many series. (Although clearly not all). Loved seeing the fiddling around with the plot that occurs.
