I saw another site had mis-translated it

Was fooled briefly by the plot here.
Thought at first that he would be a male customer who visits a brothel where female sex workers work, who would find his female boss had a side job.
But instead, I now understand that he has the side job at a place that provides male sex workers to female customers,
