It’s name on the building looks Very altered. Like the letters were taped up tissue paper that blew in the wind, deforming the letters that say three different things anyway. . .

Wondered if anyone recognized the actual buildings.

Meaning either that exterior shot.

Or the interior shot of the stage and seats, etc, during the concert that follows at about 0:07:10.. . .

There are more shots of the stage and the idol group(s?) onstage at 0:08:17 and at 0:22:07.

And if anyone knows what idol group (or groups) are shown. Looks like clear actual concert footage. Perhaps a group licensed it? . . .

If it was a group with AV idols, didn’t recognize them. Assume they’re the “purer” kind of idols. . .

(The building definitely does NOT look like the AKB 48 building looks in internet photos)

Think it’s an indoor place, with a roof, not, say, the open air Nissan stadium (packed, for, say, a Twice concert. . . )
