Troll, you earlier claimed Kominato Yotsuha was down with chlamydia. You made that up, didn’t you? I’ve posted comments addressing the unheralded retirement of lovely Muto Ayaka 武藤あやか. the syphilis epidemic in Tokyo, including, I presume, among JAV performers (like with the AV actors who gave it to her) and whether Komonato Yotsuha has also opted for or been forced into an unheralded, involuntary retirement, I tried only in relevant places,

I tried to post it only in SOD movies and Muto Ayaka’s last movies and last-posted movies.

I have changed my mind. This is very serious subject that deserves being discussed everywhere. As somebody who struggled (struggles) with syphilis, I am personally affected.

I hardly know whether discussing syphilis exploding among the performers we watch is a good idea. Or its treatment details. Or the problems if it goes untreated. But I cannot in good conscience stop posting about it.

Dear troll who incessantly steals other commenters names – Who relishes showing it is smarter than the site operators, and can find infinite ways to post with something that looks like the name “Mike” that nonetheless is not typed with just the four letters “Mike.” For example, Greek Mu- i-k-e works for the troll, and the site seems powerless or unconcerned with trying to stop that kind of trolling. Replying again to my own comment – months later – because I learned more, and she hasn’t been releasing many moves at all . . .

The reasons for the recent two-month gaps between her movies seem serious.

I assume Soft on Demand was stretching her movies out to not call attention to her health problems as she tried to heal, or if she didn’t heal, tried to decide what to do, after being diagnosed with liver dysfunction.

She posted about the liver dysfunction on Instagram on March 16, 2026,

the day before this was released

If lupus or malaria or a pneumonia etc explained the false positives Muto Ayaka 武藤あやか reported, then sex and/or syphilis may have nothing to do with why was being told her test results were persistent false positives.

Or perhaps that’s just a story for the world, and her middle school daughter, to decrease the backlash, the ostracizing, and still act responsibly about the issue.

Wonder if the world will ever know the true details. . .

Attackers, Muto Ayaka 武藤あやか’s last studio, has released, and will release, NO AVS at all for March 2026. (One Panty Festival entry being the exception.)

Are screenings/testings and treatments the reason for the one month gap with no releases? Coming about four months after whatever led to Muto Ayaka 武藤あやか’s announcement on November 18, 2025 about “recurring false positive” syphilis testing results that she described in a post to the world.

I’d be speculating to think yes.

Here’s my speculation.

I think Attackers did some massive screening/testing, then performer treatment in response Muto Ayaka 武藤あやか November 18 2025 post about her cancelling her scheduled AV shoots, and making the December 2025 STD awareness video she took part in. And I’s speculate that that left Attackers with nothing to post in March

And that unlike Muto Ayaka 武藤あやか who took part in a big public service video to increase STD awareness and stop STDs

I’d bet Attackers will Never make any public announcement on the subject

I didn’t like this one, frankly. Was bored by it.

And that’s despite her lovely smiles. And despite having many times wished she would smile more in her AVs, like she did as Inoue Rikako 井上理香子 in Fairies フェアリーズ music videos

Nope. This one felt like a Hallmark movie to me, That was, after the awful sequence at the start when her vapid previous employment and relationship were shown. But I’ll press play on this again and suffer thru a two-person movie once it’s subtitled.

In the mean time, to enjoy her smiles, moves, beauty, I much prefer watching a Mix I recently happened upon.

(Replying again to my own comment for continuity) I will reiterate. It’s amazing to see Kominato Yotsuha Rikako Inoue growing up. She is SO sexual in this, it stunning. And yet, has all the poise, all the feel of a tip top shape, well practiced, totally aware performer. It still amazes me to go back and forth between the decades with her, see her singing and dancing career, and see her INTENSE sexuality, which I think has peaked here. This movie was so amazing and such a delight to masturbate to. But comparing. The young ladies in Fairies were so busy performing, and were filmed so often, watching their music videos was like seeing a “this is your life” film condensed into four minutes, like a PMV. And in particular, there’s a video on the internet focusing only on Rikako Inoue in years and years of performances by the Fairies of their song “Tweet Dream”.
