I don’t know how much surgery she’s had, actually. I think her difference in appearance (Mao vs. Kana) is mainly about weight loss, which greatly affects the face. Also, eyebrow shaping, and of course, makeup – which she doesn’t wear a lot of as Mao. That said, she may have had her eyelids opened up more, which most of these actresses have done.
