Correction, this was about 5 years into her JAV career.
Wikipedia says she was born in Tokyo on October 29, 1986, so she would have been just 19 for that filming.
For Hot Wind, the site commented
“This is crazy. Amazing how she matured in to perfection.”
Hot Wind’s release date was 2006-01-24
And with this released 2013-03-01 – I’d count off this as over seven years into her JAV career.

Rio just blossomed incredibly. From the funny looking head turning young 2005 cutie who first performed as Tina Yuzuki, to the full-on stunning woman 2007 – 2016. That Portuguese beauty from her mother’s side just created an amazing beauty. Prettiest JAV idol ever?
