Vol 1, LHBB-068, was a multi-skit, multi family movie. To my surprise, I saw my favorite Japanese AV actor, Itagaki cast as the husband in the Vol 1 movie’s second skit, at 36:56 of LHBB-068
Then again, saw Itagaki cast as a husband in vol 4, LHBB-135, on camera in the very opening scene.
(But he wasn’t in Vol 2, or this movie, Vol 3)
When you said the three other installments use the “same guy” I thought you meant the dark-skinned actor in this Vol 3 movie, But watching the other installments, I saw instead that they all used a taller, strong/athletic looking guy with arm tattoos and lighter skin. I’d say he looked more Iranian than Indian, and looked like a pro athlete.

Correction. The guy with tattooed arms, who may be Italian, isn’t in Vol 2, LHBB-105. The man in that one, introduced as Nicola, had tattoo-free arms, and looks similar, but is a different man.
Shocking as it seemed, I found that out in the world wide web, there were English subtitled versions of all of the three codes you commented about, and this movie too.
The subtitling introduces the actor (who you said was in all three of those codes) as Nino from Italy LHBB-135, and as Nicola in LHBB-105.
LHBB-068 features two actors, the one you spotted in all three movies, and a French actor introduced as Alain. . .
For this movie, the darker actor is introduced as Sanjay . . .
(And I remember the days when I felt lucky to find any subtitling of a good JAV. . .)
