Does it include “revenge” porn, unauthorized footage, posted against an idol’s wishes? Is the the pay per view site similar to/the same as/different from a blog? Is is like self publishing a book? I tried to google it. Got results for FC2, but they never included the terms PPV or Pay Per View.
