Definitely a hard to translate title. Whether she “lived off her pillow” or was “pillow eating” or “with a pillow was eating” – it’s not a phrase English speakers know. And googling 枕で 飯食ってた and Makura de Meshi kutteta – Got nothing. . .

Got nothing for 献上系 アイドル or Kenjō-kei Aidoru either. . .

枕 – an euphemism for prostitution and other sex work.
で – “with” or “through” (in other words, signifies means).
飯が食える – to make a living successfully, not being poor.
献上 – being offered [“to others for sex” is this context].
系 – type (“the kind of person who is like that”).
