I rarely look at JAV titles. It’s like poking yourself in the eye with a stick most of the time, and certainly no exception here.
A holstein is a type of cow originally bred in Northern Europe. So the title is just yet more insane gibberish from the half-witted high-school drop-outs who work for the JAV industry. Not the models, , the production staff. Morons each and all.

Guy’s totally gone. You have terminal wankers here who can’t spend a day without touching themselves, and Mike who can’t help stroke his ego or some obscure part of his brain talking to himself all the time. I guess he’ll now say or at least think you and I are both the same person who he identifies as the troll. He sees this as a sort of holy war where he represents virtue and good and whatever.
