I’m not sure who (or what) came up with the title translation “My Beloved Semen.” Not sure if it was a device or a human. But if it was a device, I’ve got no idea if it was a Japanese Device. If it was a human, who know whether it’s a human who went thru a Japanese education.
Maybe an Israeli translated it. Or a New Zealander. Or one of those sinful Holandaise types from Amsterdam. Maybe it was a Silicon Valley piece or technology from San Jose, CA or thereabouts

JAVLibrary translated it “Love Cum” Google Translate translated it “Beloved Semen” as did this site for [MIGD-242] Beloved Semen Ari and [MIGD-248] Beloved Semen Anoaruru. The cover for [MIGD-242] reads”Love Semen” in English The cover of MIGD-235 reads “No Semen No Life” in English.
