Tried to read along to a Japanese subtitled version of this, cell translate camera app in hand.
Apparently Toru Ozawa is the husband’s brother. Not sure who Jitta Hanaoka is to the husband. Perhaps another brother? And both men, with the husband, are leaders of the business.
As the movie starts, they bring the dying brother home. Soon, Toru Ozawa visits Oohashi Miku while her husband is out, and pressures her into signing some document. Something like, “I married my husband greedily for his money, don’t love him, don’t deserve to inherit his share of the business once he’s gone” . . . I think.
She wouldn’t sign, so Toru Ozawa‘s approach was to rape her until she signed. Except, having gone with no sex thru her husband’s illness, she responded well to the sex, both with Toru Ozawa and Jitta Hanaoka. Plan B then came in. They kept having sex with her until her husband came home, saw her in action, and asked for a divorce. That got her out of his life, out of the corporate battle. . .
Or that’s my take on it. Wish I’d found an English sub. . .
