Googling, found this is from a series. A series with 162 numbered movies.

This one was 158. (It’s in a red circle on the cover.

Googled for 萌えあがる募集若妻

The results had the longer title

Found one movie first. And then another, and then noticed that every movie with the code MBD seemed to be in the series.

A series of 162 movies. The last released 2012-09-11

The covers all looked alike back to MBD-036 from 2005-12-22

MBD-001 dated back to 2004-06-18

And the label for these MBD codes seems to be 夜伽屋 Yotogi-ya

Yotogi apparently mean sleeping with someone thru the night, and ya – shop.
