Most new contracts with Madonna are not long term. Sure they do have the upper tier actresses who have been with them for years like Ririko Kinoshita, Mito Kana and Ayumi Rio. The other appear to join Madonna on a 5 or 10 film contract and then leave. We have seen a few leave recently like Yuka Tada, Kaho Hamabe and Miki Mihama and Madonna replaces them with others who just joined their roster. I think they just circulate their roster with the top tier actresses as permanent fixtures.

Rio Kuriyama was 23 when she was signed by Madonna. She’s only 26 now over 3 years after that fact. I’m hoping I’m not alone when I say I really enjoy young women who have a bit of presence, not just personality wise, but intelligence wise. Most JAV studios work very hard to dumb their models down, it’s good to see Madonna see that there’s a market to be had in going the other way.
Madonna seems to have the money to get these actresses into contracts. I just hope its not an oversight as it would be a shame to see this studio shut down because they spent too much.
Madonna is the public-facing business. The owners probably run deriheru’s and soaplands to finance their JAV ops. Vice businesses are ubiquitous in Japan.
