The movie is based in the Bakumatsu era, the final years of the Edo period around 1853 and 1867. Loved the selection of male actors and the decor.
On the plot, Sanosuke has become a Ronin and all he does is drinking and whoring at the red light district until he meets with a beautiful woman who he wants to help out.

Seriously, we need more movies of this type.IMO JAV industry should put more focus on male actors( their appearances , clothes , not just who have the guts to fuck a woman in front of the camera and doesnt give a shit about his dick exposure because it will be censored anyways). But given the fact that the most famous products are generally an old or bastard-looking man raping an innocent girl or a housewife, I have little hope lol.
Or maybe I need to watch more Jav movies
I actually love the rape/ old guy movies too. It’s just that sometimes I want to see a guy focus. I kind of wish they would do the incest/rape/game show type of videos but with a guy focus. These women’s videos are often soft and sensitive. But more than that, I just want a guy focus. This specific genre is only one genre (like S-cute type-ish). So the types of genres male actors get the spotlight in are very limited. The videos themselves are already limited though.

omg I thiiiink this might be my favorite thing from GRCH so far (and that’s even including Ittetsu-based works which is saying something lol). Everything about this is pretty great even the fight choreography lol (the blood graphics during one made me giggle a bit lol). What little I could understand of the plot was interesting, the decor like you mentioned was lovely, everyone did a good job (the usuals like Yoshihiko and Hibiki ofc and the newbie actor in the white uniform on the cover too). This was fun, I’ll probably end up buying this anyway just because I like it so much lol (and def don’t mind giving money to the studio for this), and they should definitely give us a part two lol.
This is fantastic and absolutely the type of film the AV industry needs to do more. The set design, the camerawork, the clothes are all on point, and the guys looks just as good as the girls. God bless Girl’s Channel.
