I think its the problem with cost. generating 1 minute footage alone could cost for a good model a few hour, thats with an expensive pc. you either have it fast but ugly or good but take long time to process
AI video generation is absurdly expensive and nowhere near this photo-realistic. They’re using AI filters to soften/shape/deform the model’s face (and very little else). There is a human actress in these scenes, they’re just masking her digitally.
