Admin here *does* upload multi-hour JAVs (c.v. OFJE-300, IBW-436z, RTSX-001, NHDTB-310). He just did not do it in this instance. It might not have been his fault; maybe something occurred while he was uploading. Maybe he should have split this into two parts. But yes, no one should make the effort to get this.
