I dont speak Nihongo but based on the plot summary and the movie itself, its a prequel with a younger version of the shrine maiden from the 1st one. A reporter is interviewing an old man who escaped from this “village”. Its more of a sex cult that kidnaps young men from Tokyo and offer them as a sex sacrifice to the shrine maiden who provides prosperity for the village in exchange for creampies and fresh young cum. The old man tells his experiences to the reporter and telling him he was not accepted in the end. As he says this the camera shakes and drops implying he still works for the village and he drugged the reporter to be the next offering.
