You are probably unaware of the fact whole of North Eastern part of India has a population mainly composed of people who are ethnically ‘East Asian’ or ‘a mixture of Indian & East Asian’. For an outsider North Eastern People would look more like Chinese/Burmese than Indian. Also there are lots of Nepalese people who belong to different parts of India.
I myself belong from NE India and as far as her face and body type is concerned, she is more likely to be a mix of ‘Nepalese and Japanese’ rather than a ‘pure blooded NE Indian’ or a ‘mix of NE Indian and Japanese’.
