It is obvious she doesn’t know anything about information security management systems. This reflects a very low level of organisational maturity. The secret will be used against her and she will be blackmailed into doing also sorts of acts of sexual nature, bounded only by the perversion of the secret recipient.

I do not agree. In advanced societies built upon market economy, it can be argued that paying for goods and services is your duty as a productive member of society. Although the concept of velocity of money has been criticized, it remains a very useful instrument in shaping up monetary policies. So it stands to reason that by spending your hard-earned money on whores you are doing a service both to society as a whole and to your testes.
