It’s in a different phase lately. If it did “shut up” – meaning stop posting with ALL of its names, I bet ALL of the trolling in the site’ comment section would disappear. My theory – the trolling is all one person.

And I think it works for the site. Posts for some financial reason. As in, whether for a salary, or for more ad sale revenue, something, it comments and comments and comments to make this comment section seem busier.

Perhaps every time we react to the trolling, the site’s ad revenue benefits a bit, somehow. . .

(That or the troll is insane.)

But frankly, since I like the site, I don’t really mind thinking the site benefits from the redactions to thee trolling. A bit like the Bruce Springsteen lyric “Like a late Juliet she knew he’d never be true but then she didn’t really mind .. .”
