Collect that sweet nectar, that delicious milk in a big bowl, and drink it up at 16 degrees Celsius, no less and no more. This tones down the fruity aroma and allows to unmask subtle flavors for a more complete sensory experience. Once you gain more experience you will be able to distinguish the terroir — if you look beyond the basic flavors, you’ll notice that Kanagawa and Okinawa, Gunma and Shizuoka are worlds apart!
