The current tech that I know is they took normal videos, convert it to pictures(theres 24 frames/picture per second), use Stablediffusion to face swap every pictures, stitch it back up at the end to make a video. but it consume a lot of time to use stablediff(like 1-4 sec to generate a picture) so I think they use different tech like maybe the usual faceswap you see in tiktok
