Found this description
Yumi is hit by a car and is raped by the assailant and the repairman who are afraid of being discovered. Although she pretends to be calm, Yumi begins to get nervous with her husband after that day, but as she continues to be humiliated by the repairman, determined not to make her husband sad, Yumi’s body begins to drown in immorality…
But it didn’t begin to touch on the topic the ladies discussed when alone at the table – How the girlfriend’s husband came after her with incredibly increased vigor after he learned she’d been having sex with someone else
Wish the movie had ended with a scene like that. (It felt like it was missing something without that at the end)
I double checked on that description after thinking about why you asked.
And frankly, the description doesn’t seem accurate.
She doesn’t seem injured, and her vehicle doesn’t seem dented. When she brings her mini-van into the auto premise, there really isn’t much to explain why the vehicle, that looks undamaged, is there (to be repaired by a panty-stealing auto-repair man/pervert who uses the address she gives him to go steal her panties off her clothes line at home, and then so much more. . .)
And in the subtitled version I watched, there was no talk of an auto accident.
I wondered if there was a major translation problem with Google Translate. Or perhaps Attackers actually has posted a description the was wrong?

Instead by the really bad guy rapist. But it’s before the sex scenes start. . . So maybe the movie description is not that misleading . . .

Saw a subbed version of this that was titled ” My husband probably knows.” “Probably” implying doubt.
But the other translations I saw were like this site’s. No doubt
JAVLibrary had “My Husband Is Sure To Know.”
JAVLand had “My Husband Surely Knows.”
Saw that in a subtitled version, it was translated:
My Husband Must Have Known (you were cheating on him)
The original: 夫はきっと知っている。
Otto wa kitto shitte iru.
Which Google Translate translated “My husband probably knows.
But きっと Kitto, Per Google Translate, is “surely” . . .
Trying to learn Nihongo does not seem easy. . .
