Why can’t I find the second half of this viedo anywhere it only has one two hours and it’s supposed to be four hours? So where is the rest?

I don’t understand why there is only the first half of the viedo available I looked across all the sites and none have the full 4 hour vid like it is supposed to be. Is there any reason why this is? The second half looked really good so was looking forward to it
