This “Sell Debut” cover brings back memories of a never finished discussion in comments to [MXNB-001s] First Cell LoveAcky! Akiho Yoshizawa
Google translate took the title セル解禁。and said it means:
Seru kaikin. Cell ban lifted.
Sell – Cell – Why should Google Translate or any other translating programs bother between an S and C?
Either way, I still don’t understand why the movie is titled as it is.

Maybe it won’t block this tidbit: studios like Alice Japan and Max A used to sell much sorter, ~60 minute movies at well over 10000 yen a piece to rental shops (compare to nowadays ~3000-4000 yen for movies over twice as long in FHD), and sale to end clients was forbidden (you’ll find some “rental only” notices in the covers of those old movies).
