This is Karami Zakari vol.1, which was done already in MIMK-067.
It’s a bit puzzling they redo volume 1 over again, but I guess it’s been a while, and the original material is good.
The plot depicts a group of 2 girls and 2 boys who are students and hit puberty hard. They begin a series of love and sex affaires between them.
The cast group in this movie is fairly interesting.

I don’t get it either. Vol.2 and 3 are waay better than the first one. Also i think Rikka suited this role perfectly. She looks exactly like her.
Another guest was able to post a link to the original manga/doujin, Vol 1 translated to English back in July, 2019. . .

The English-translated manga/doujin source material was also easy to find on line, with just a google search of “カラミざかり English”
For those wanting to read Vol 3, etc. . .
And as far as “getting it,” I think you have to start at the beginning, the college students losing their virgininty and trying things as they realize there’s an AV idol who looks just like their shy classmate. And this movie seemed to have more to it than [MIMK-067], meaning I think it includes the Vol 2 you liked, where [MIMK-067] didn’t. . . (Hope I’m now wrong about that)
Doesn’t this movie show the scenes from Vol 1 and Vol 2? If what I read in the manga/doujin was numbered right, I think it does, and that the two filmed here were the best of the originals.
(I thought Vol 3 wandered off a bit, wasn’t really as gripping. ..)

This video does cover Vol 1 and first half of Vol 2. After this point the manga de-emphasizes the original two guys. The end of Vol 2 and most of Vol 3 covers the girls getting a new sex friend guy who is in college. The sex scenes in with that guy are a lot hotter in terms of pure sex since it is FFM, but also doesn’t have the same weird psychological vibe as Vol 1 does with the quiet guy being torn about how he feels about his crush having sex with his best friend.

Rikka looks good, she plays the quiet one with dark hair. Nozomi is kinda chub to play a student, she’s the blonde and brash one. Plot is basically that black-hair guy has a crush on quiet Rikka. They are friends with shaved-head guy and Nozomi. While hanging out after school, they watch some jav and shaved and blonde start doing it. Later shaved-head grabs Rikka and fucks her, taking her virginity right in front of black-hair’s eyes. More sex follows. Black-hair reluctantly fucks Nozomi as consolation.
Almost all the scenes are two separate 1 on 1 sex happening side by side. I think only one brief time when both girls are licking one cock. Otherwise it’s just occasional partner swapping.
How differently we see the plot.
I thought the plot was, some University students discover that there’s an AV Idol with AV movies on line who looks just like their shy classmate. Affected by the sex all around them, and their classmate’s similarity to the trending sex star, they start to try sexually daring things themselves. . .
Not that anything you wrote was off base. . . But it kind of left out the reasons they were all watching the same porn that featured a star of the movie. . .
I didn’t see the AV star resemblance as core to the plot, rather it was just one small detail that was used to start the sex exploration plot and doesn’t really feature too much after that first mention. The true core of the plot is quiet guy’s internal dissonance when his crush’s virginity is causally taken by his best friend.

MIMK 067 isnt bad but I prefer this version. There is more of a swap going on and the shy guy is more assertive in this one.
A benefit of [MIMK-067]s’ age (released 2019-08-01) is that it’s been subbed out there on the net for easy reading along for the non-Japanese-speakers.
But frankly, reading along with the manga/doujin in English can solve that problem.
This movie seemed Quite faithful to the original. . . Starting with the hair and casting . . .
Really enjoyed it. But then really enjoyed [MIMK-067] years ago. . .
