Absolutely did not understand the plot of this movie. So, looked to the internet, and didn’t see that it has been subtitled.
But it seemed like the dialogue is important to understanding why the husband drives in a limo with his wife, sees his wife go into a spa holding hands with her lover, films them together in the spa, talks to the lover mid hot-spring affair, and at the end, rides home with his wife.
I didn’t understand the coincidentally/accidentally aspect. Is the plot that he was to have a business trip to a spa (one not known to his wife) but sees her going into the very same spa with a lover just at the time he is arriving (alone)

The Affair Cuckold Hot Spring Married Woman parts of the movie photograph very well. Kurokawa Sumire looked very nice.
But I’m just not sure how it all happens, that whole “I saw them by accident” slant. . .
And don’t understand if he let her know afterwards the he’d seen everything. . .
