Translating this was hard for me, and I suppose, must have been hard for the translation computers. Because –
お姉さん onēsan apparently can mean either
1 (honorific) elder sister: used as term of address to one’s own older sister, and to refer to other people’s older sisters
or
2 young woman, young lady
Synonyms to お姉さん onēsan apparently include:
姉 (ane): (humble): Used to refer to one’s own older sister when talking to someone else.
and
お姉ちゃん (onē-chan): (term of endearment): elder sister, big sis
(Don’t know this myself. . . Just read it on line. . .)
I tried to study the original title, where the confusion may arise from the characters I made bold:

But that completely doesn’t account for お姉さん onēsan possibly meaning young woman, young lady. . .
The title, broken down by the separate columns, translates roughly like this with Google Translate:
