I echo your comments, maybe someone who reads Japanese could tell us what the choices were she had to choose from on that last note. I’ve wondered since the first time I watched this video a long time ago. I always have to laugh at so many of the video titles especially with the ones about “Forgive Me”. Who are they asking for forgiveness? Their husbands? The dimbulb doesn’t have a clue so how can he forgive what he doesn’t know about?
I think the whole thing was a what if in her head but the forms are for her school reunion and she circled attending so she is about to find her ex and make it happen.
