You may not be hoping for too much. In 50 First Dates, after she leaves him and goes to live in the institution, she dreams of him, and finds ways to remember that she loves him, then marries him, and they start a family, living on a boat with her father, who her memory problems don’t affect.
Wonder if Asagiri Jou and Das ! can come up with a good script for a sequel to [DASS-070] My Wife Will Soon Forget Me Akari Mitani. They did this happy ending sequel to the cooking movie. Perhaps they can do a happy ending movie to that memory loss movie. Where the couple live with her parents, and she gets pregnant, and. . .
Frankly, bet they’re already on it. . . The stars seem to work well with eachother and the director. Bet a sequel would rock.
