Underneath the NTR it says:
寝トラセ 妻 or Ne tora se tsuma. -I’d say it could be translated as “NTR Wife.”
But the writing of 寝トラセ on the cover is a bit different from what our glossary has for NTR. I don’t know why. Our site’s glossary https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Netorare has:
寝取られ (Netorare), NTR Cuckold fetish. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Netorare Cheating or being unfaithful to a significant other, lit. “taken away by sleeping with”
Translating the title, I’m glad I suppose that the site went with “Sleeping Trouble Wife.” Another site went with “Sleeping Trace Wife.” Some just use “Sleeping Wife.” All better than what JAVLand has. Sleeping Tranny Wife. . .
I speak English, learned French, Italian and Spanish, and in all of school and all of life, I did not know there were causative forms – until now.

Of all the JAV idols with crooked, out of place teeth, I think Hakii Haruka was by far the most clearly gorgeous.
And she really delivered with the facial expressions in this.
Wonder what she’s doing these days. (And if she ever got braces – She’s so pretty, she may have not cared to at all . . . Why bother, if you’re gorgeous, teeth that are different may make you more of an individual, give you character. . . 🙂 )

Netorase (ネトラせ) is the causative form of netorare, which basically means “to let someone do NTR”.
