Yes, that helps and is a clever way to finish this one unlike DVAJ-459 where Nanami points to the slimy old man Ginji Sagawa (he has come a long way since his 1998 “Samurai Voyeur” appearance with a much smaller unmosaiced penis) as her choice for the last 5mL, she is too dazed in her sexual abyss to pretend otherwise. Also a good idea to have the doctor (if that is what he is!) join in early and help cross a different set of boundaries. Sakura is also a better choice for this role than Nanami and does well to register her discomfort/disgust in the earlier scenes better. This sharpens the eroticism of the latter half as the fall into the erotic torpor is much deeper.
