Agreed, this would have been totally spoiled with current levels of digital mosaic. Slick editing and lighting (with the final scene bathed in a reddish glow from the sun adding to the taut drama). Kaho is stunning and despite the lumps, Masato delivers too.

Maybe he didn’t have it when he debuted. So perhaps if I see some vintage thing he did way before 2014, before it grew, I can watch him. But not with the lump. Just can’t watch that
Well, he is only vaguely familiar, so I am not sure. But plenty of other things to do. We don’t have to worry about him. Thankfully we all love Iioka/Morisawa, if not it would be a problem now, wouldn’t it?
