S1 constantly debuted rookies around that age to see if they have long-term prospect or not. I dont have to talk about those who has popularity explosion like Yamate Ria, Saika Kawakita, etc. Everyone talk about them.
But did everyone remember those that didn’t get popular? S1 actually has good habit to let them(read:dump them) out, by studio transfer or early retirement after 1-2 years.
S1 can debut as much as they want, but they can only film finite number of movie each month. So the question is:
By including this lady in the S1 roster, WHO they will kick out from S1?
she’s the one they will kick out, maybe after the usual first four movie, they did it plenty of times before.
Could have been if her DVD has the lowest sales, but first 4 movie imply it needs minimum 8 months if you include 4 months when actress can think it over to release the movie or not.
(S1 actually has lots of tolerance for this. Perhaps to the point of reducing their release quality, just for the actress green light.)
8 months is long period of time, enough to kick someone and debuted 2 more at the same time, before her contract expired.

Hard to know what “average” means. So many girls can be stunningly beautiful, and yet not have what I’d call “star” quality. For me, there have been real standouts in JAV. Rio, Kawakami Nanami, Saejima Kaori, Sasahara Yuri, some others just absoplutely turned my head, got me to take interest in everything they were in.
I haven’t seen a debut of someone with that level of charisma. So I agree.
But I did think a lot of the new idols having their debuts posted were at least very pretty.
I think you guys might be underestimating this girl,The more you look the prettier she seems.Usually works the other way around.
I can’t say for the others, or beauty=JAV-worthiness stigma most viewer subconciously had.
But I can say for certain that for whatever beauty score she has, she debuted in a studio that debuted 2-3 girls in a year, bloated with huge roster(of pretty ladies) they can’t keep up, and has the highest actress exodus rate of all JAV studios, to other studios or early retirement. This is not even talking about their production quality. In short, she debuted in a cauldron.
