You are right to trust your instincts, the sex is poorly executed in both episodes. But there are moments of hilarity that I enjoyed. Like they brought in a random old guy from the street to play the part of the husband of the 2nd woman. The guy was probably only briefed for a few minutes, his expression was one of great amusement. But one of the women in the feature does not fit the “ageing” profile (at least not in my eyes). Her interview with the unseen man handling the camera is very interesting. It could have been a travel documentary as they talk about family life in Holland etc. The interviewer’s English is very poor and his manner is curt and he switches to the main topic with little finesse and asks the mother of 8 (supposedly) if she would demonstrate how Dutch women did it. To her credit, she does not bat an eyelid and nods assent that she would try her best. But the guy he brings in performs very poorly and they have zero chemistry and what follows is very awkward.
