No, they’re different. It’s a title that you only earn by professions or educations pathway, just like Doctor, Captain etc, not just simple names like Mister, Miss, etc which anyone can be called with.
It’s not that I’m offended by that, but most people here that use those as their usernames are using them for downplaying purposes targeted towards specific groups of people.
